The hotel is very beautiful but the service at arabica is beyond pathetic, we went there and waited for more than 30mins as the waiters kept walking past us, after kindly asking him to attend to us two times to no avail. We were so hungry and the waiter tells us that for him to serve us we have to sit outside then a white man walked in and in less than 5mins they had already handed him a menu and he sat inside, what kind of treatment is that?That was very uncouth!!! 2-01-2021
I ordered a mixed mezze platter. My food arrived and was missing the falafel, labneh, and pickles. The waiter did not tell me that the restaurant did not have any of those food items in stock, but charged me full price for the mezze platter. The food that did arrive was ok, but the pita was not fresh and the tabbouleh did not have much flavor.
We had shrimp and fries, shawarma , pine&mint juice and some classic mocktails. The service was great and the ambience was even better. We got to watch sunset as we laughed the day away ️
I enjoyed their breakfast and food while there, it's affordable and beyond expectations. The view of the old town and ocean while seated outside is great. Friendly staff too. Definitely a place to try out while there.
Took way too long to serve. Waited for an hour for a Lebanese platter! Will definitely not come to the marina cafe arabika again.

They always get the order wrong and nothing matches the menu or description. Also someone please tell me why the only menu item that is like a sampler platter is the Mediterranean Breakfast (hummus, labneh, pita, feta, olives) and isn't served any other time of day but also is rarely even available at breakfast time. Continually disappointed with Arabika as a whole, all of their mombasa locations tend to be quite low quality.
