The staff at the factory shop were welcoming and ready to serve to our interests. We managed to select the various items we needed but we were not able to pay by card because your system to swipe card wasn't working. We waited for over 45 minutes for rectification but it didn't work. We had to leave. But we will come back again. Your items are genuine but China is bringing in exact products same colours of masai blankets bu6the quality is so bad nylon I think and most people out there in Nairobi city are cheated. Can't the government refuse entry of zero standard materials? Fight for your products made in Kenya. The costs of production must be high. Kenya management is not taking care of our own businesses.
